What is probate?

Probate is a court process of administering a deceased’s estate. It is time consuming. It is costly. In most cases an attorney is required. It can take one to two years to fully administer an estate and it’s all public record in the state of Florida. From an estate planning perspective, we help our clients avoid probate so that they can pass their assets on to their beneficiaries, their family members with as little delay and hassle as possible.
