Video Transcript

Alzheimer’s Disease is a form of dementia. If you find out that a loved one has been diagnosed with either dementia or Alzheimer’s Disease, that can be a sign that guardianship proceedings are necessary if they don’t have the proper advanced directives. It can also be a sign that, potentially, estate planning documents that they executed are invalid and that they might not have the requisite mental capacity to sign the documents.
