About Paul Roman, Esq.

Paul brings more than 45 years of legal experience, with a primary focus on estate planning and administration providing clients with thoughtful, personalized guidance designed around their individual needs, families, and long-term objectives.  Prior to joining Huth, Pratt & Milhauser, Paul was a partner in a law firm of more than 200 attorneys. Throughout his career, however, he has remained committed to the belief that effective estate planning is inherently personal and is best approached through close attorney-client relationships. His decision to practice in smaller firm environments reflects his desire to provide clients with a more individualized experience, greater personal attention, and estate planning strategies tailored to each client's unique circumstances.

Paul's extensive career includes almost 40 years practicing law in Florida, in addition to over a decade of active practice in New York and Massachusetts. This multi-state experience has provided him with a broad and well-rounded legal background from which to advise individuals and families facing a wide variety of estate planning considerations.
